In Australia, the local swimming pool is something special. Everyone has a local rec.
It’s where children learn to swim. Where confidence grows. Where long summer days turn into lifelong memories.
For many families, it’s more than just a place to cool off. It’s part of growing up.

In Halls Creek, Western Australia, the Aquatic Centre plays an even bigger role.
It is the heart of the community.
With limited access to other recreational spaces, the pool has become a safe and welcoming place for children and families. A place to gather. A place to connect. A place to simply be kids.
When the Centre prepared to reopen, the local team reached out to brands across Australia for support.
Their goal was simple.
To welcome children back to the water with kindness and care.

We were honoured to be part of this.
Tyoub donated a box of children’s swimwear, including past collection pieces, samples, and styles for babies, toddlers and young children.
Each piece was designed with comfort in mind. Soft and flexible, just made for movement.
Swimwear that feels good to wear. Because when it feels right, children stay in it longer. They play longer. They enjoy the water more.
Seeing these pieces arrive at the pool, ready for little swimmers, was a special moment! When I opened the email with the newsletter, I was really humbled and grateful to be able to contribute to this very special place.

Moments like this remind us why thoughtful design matters.
When choosing swimwear for children, there are a few things that make a real difference:
Children move constantly. Swimwear needs to stretch, breathe and sit gently on the skin. If it doesn’t feel good, they won’t want to wear it. Tight and difficult to put on and pull off are a red flag!
Australia has some of the strongest UV levels in the world. Choosing UPF50+ swimwear helps protect delicate skin during long hours outdoors.
From swimming lessons to beach days, children need swimwear that can handle chlorine, salt, sand and repeated wear.
Children are not small adults. Proper proportions, secure fits and easy dressing features make all the difference.

At Tyoub, every piece is created with real children in mind.
From first splashes to confident swimmers, our designs support movement, comfort and protection.
We use certified recycled materials, helping to reduce environmental impact while creating high-quality, long-lasting swimwear.
Because looking after children and our oceans and country go hand in hand.

Being part of the Halls Creek story reminded us of something important.
Swimwear is not just a product. It’s part of a child’s experience. Their confidence in the water. Their sense of belonging, their joy, and their boundless energy.
And sometimes, a small gesture can help create that moment.

We are grateful to have contributed in a small way to the Halls Creek Aquatic Centre and the children who bring it to life.
Because every child deserves:
