    A great tea for children if they like warm drinks.

    In a cup of hot water add:

    1 tsp honey

    ½ tsp grated ginger (this can be adjusted for taste)

    1 slice of lemon

    ¼ tsp cinnamon powder

    1 clove

    ½ clove of garlic

    Leave this to steep for 15 minutes and strain, drink this tea warm to help boost your immune system, and fight infection.  Can be enjoyed by you and your toddler, put a little in a sippy cup to start with (can be diluted with warm water).
